Limit Order History's "All Orders" filter to All Orders Eligible to Approve

In the Order History page, the user can opt to choose Ordered By: Me or Ordered By: All. To use this feature, you must allow the user's group to either see All Orders or No Orders - there's no middle ground.

To expand who can use this feature, this "Ordered By All" option should show all orders that are eligible for that user to view or approve, not just All Orders. This would allow different levels of approvers or different locations' approvers to only see the orders applicable to them.

Customers would be more willing to open this feature up to other user groups if we could limit the extent of orders that user group can see, while still allowing them to see the previous orders they (or others) have approved (which the limitation of not having access to this information has been a complaint by customers in the past)
