I have noticed that if a user has not used a gift certificate that the history does not display. Tyat may appear to be common sense, however I have been adding $50 to each gift certificate for a new site, and the history does not reflect that I have done so for any gift certificate that has not been used by a user.
It should display any changes made to the gift certificate on the admin end.
