Estimated costs vs actual costs

PJM needs a method of capturing estimated costs vs actual costs on a job by job basis, on a production resource basis and on a material basis. Currently we can see the actual time vs the estimate time in the manage job area but we cannot capture it to use in reports. We cannot print our a detailed report of any kind on a job basis showing estimated vs actual. In the reporting area we can see variances but cannot capture the estimated time vs the actual time. This is a critical part of any MIS system and PJM is lacking in this area.
