When creating an eDocBuilder template from InDesign - which I would consider the more professional approach over doing so from the eDocBuilder editor - page boxes (defined by Bleed and Slug in InDesign) are ignored and the Mediabox (Slug) is used as trimbox for the production file delivered to Pressero.
As a solution intended for the Graphics industry, and in the context of creating proper templates for production designs with f.e. intentional bleed already present, it seems ridiculous to me that the PDF page boxes are not respected when the template is loaded.
The 'solution' of f.e. using the imposition feature of eDocBuilder to create a 1up imposition on a sheet with generated bleed afterwards is a workaround, but generated bleed will never be as good as using a template where the bleed was already taken into account.
