Gear icon for edit order, edit job and manage job in scheduling area

Please add the gear icon with links to Edit order, Edit job and Manage job to Schedule by Job, Schedule by Department and Schedule by Resource. This will help access files, edit job or edit the order from the scheduling area. Access to files is most important.
