To be able to more easily create a process built from each step in the production resources, and being able to use that process on new pricing engine builds so operations doesn't need to time track each and every little step, but they are still ac...
Add column due date editable in page "List Estimate/Jobs"
This would look like the 2 status columns, one that is fixed and the other that is editable. This would allow for mass editing of end dates without going into the quote or job each time.
Email notifications avalaibles by job status change
It would be interesting to have the possibility to activate an email notification by job status change. Example: on the "Billing" status, if the notification is activated, an automatic personalized email is sent to warn the customer that the job i...
The settings in Scheduling are global instead of at a user level. This is a problem for companies with multiple facilities, or really just people in different positions in the same facility. Swapping these to user settings would be very helpful
The only edits that can currently be made to an estimate is to the product engine. No additional materials or prouction functions can be added onthe back end as they can with jobs. This would be hugely beneficial to be considered with other change...
Add a on/off permission on the job level to send to tFlow. Maybe a check box titled SEND TO TFLOW.
Subscribers want more control on what jobs move to tFlow for an online proof approval. Repeat orders with no changes to the files do not need a proof approval so they do not need to go to tFlow. If the product engine in PJM has a tFlow product ass...
Ability to choose a default List View within List Estimates/Jobs everytime an admin user logs in.
We do have ability to choose Home page url either as Quick List or List Estimates/jobs view from general settings however there should be a global setting or list level setting to set as default list( at the top) every time admin user logs in.
Hello, it would be good to be able to use the suppression of materials according to quantities, in our case books. possibly that formulas can be put in, for example: x > Q1 (greater than quantity) x < Q1 (less than the quantity) x ≥ Q1 (grea...
Graph at the top of the material transactions should be a line graph that shows the increases and decreases of inventory over time
This would be helpful because we would be able to view patterns of use. Secondly and more importantly, the graph doesn't work/show anything at all currently.
Inventory level in Materials list should match the quantity that shows at the top of the materials transactions lists (where the graph is currently located)
Essentially there should be better data heading and descriptions because it seems like these numbers should match, but it's possible they are purposefully different.
