It would be interesting to have the possibility to activate an email notification by job status change.
Example: on the "Billing" status, if the notification is activated, an automatic personalized email is sent to warn the customer that the job is finished.
We finally developed it using an external tool.

This functionality is available via the Zapier API - we use it to alert Sales and Service internally of status changes from Pre-press >Proof Ready>Production > etc..... it would be excellent if it was integrated natively into PJM, but if this is a urgent need for you all, it can be accomplished fairly straightforwardly for external clients as well.
