Please add more than 5 site groups available on the import/export of excel files for users and products. In order to send a user an automated email notification, you have to export/import the excel file of all users. If they have more than 5 site group permissions, the extra ones will get lost/drop off which is not ideal. If I want to add or edit a bunch of products/items from the excel document, again we only have 5 site groups available. A bunch of my sites need to have users only seeing certain products so I may have a bunch of different site groups and then if you add approvals plans and such, those 5 site groups get used up pretty quickly.
I can't recall the previous Idea at the moment, but this has been asked for before...multiple times. Instead of adding more and more columns, I suggest using a delimited column to separate groups. Each group should be separated by a comma (,) and be enclosed in quotes in the event that the group name includes a comma. Then during import, the field could be split apart into separate group names.
