The email notifications (such as the New Order email) display the promotional discount amount applied, however the promo code name does not appear. Not having the promo code name in the email notifications creates challenges in identifying which specific promotion was used, especially when multiple promo codes are active on a storefront.
Including a variable for the promo code name in the email notifications would reduce reliance on reporting tools and greatly improve the visibility of promotional tracking.
This will be released Monday September 8th 2025.

I just so happens that we are currently working on the new order email this week and the team says that it will be easy to add in the name of the discount.
This will be added to both the old and new, new order email notifications.
Look for this to be live in about a week.
