We have several B2B sites and each one has a different process of steps when an order comes in. It would be nice if we could add in our own "custom steps" list to the Job Details report. So that when a new order comes, and according to the B2B it's from, they auto-populate the proper steps on that sheet with the order.
I'm not certain what types of steps you are referring to, but you could use the Product's Physical Location, Notes field inthe Order Management section of your products.
This would need to be replicated to each product, so it may not be ideal, but if you duplicate your products based off a template it shouldn't be too onerous.
That information will appear in the Product Detail and Pick List reports.
