The first question we ask a custom that needs help ( in customer service )
that needs help is:
- Whats your order number
- Or whats your email address
This takes us right to the page with all the info on the job from files, proofs, shipping info, tracking.
Remember, Shipping questions are the most asked customer service questions.

Although it would certainly be helpful to search by the email, you can already search by the order #. Right there in your screenshot, it shows the filter input area to search by order #. I don't know that there needs to be a second, separate, area to seach for the order #.
