Allow additional instruction on Detail Tab of an Order/item

When you edit an order you land on the details page, it is divided into two sections column on the left give Order Details and the column on the right give information about Items. This area has relevant details about the item like pricing engine details, Status, Approval Status and shipping details. We use Additional Instruction on our products and our users put additional information pertaining to the items in this area, currently we have to go in to edit item tab to see that information, it would be great if we can have that information on details page so that we can avoid additional clicks.
