pdf filename to show up on the cart during checkout / and filename to show up on email confirmation to customer

In our business, we typically get a lot of items added on the cart and our customers needs to see what they've added and the quantities/details of each item so they can double check the details of every item.

Also when the customer gets the order confirmation, they are not able to see the filename detail of the order they've submitted. It would be great to have the filename show up on the confirmation email the customer receives as well.
