Add new Payment Method - Cbord

The University of South Carolina has requested adding Cbord as a payment method in Pressero. Cbord processes transactions for Universities that use a special card for students to make purchases on campus. For the University of South Carolina the students use the Carolina Card for all purchases on campus. By adding cbord as a payment method to Pressero, the University of South Carolina students can make purchases through their storefronts using their Carolina Card.
