Add functionality for emailing the System Notifications to admin users

It would be useful if the System Notifications that show at the upper-right of the Pressero admin could also be emailing to a particular user group. Right now, you have to login to the Pressero account to see the System Notifications.

      This is very much needed for our shop. My team and I often miss those notifications and end up with a problem when this hits our production team.
