EFI Pace Integration - Allow Job Description being sent to Pace job to be adjustable

We would like to change the Job Description pattern that is send to Pace. This seems like it would be a configuration setting. It currently is forced to "Pressero’s Order Number + Pressero’s Site name" but we would like to eliminate the site name and add custom text per site.
