Pressero has discontinued PayPal Pro so a switch to one of the hosted checkouts is required.
After testing both PayPal Hosted Checkout and Authorize.net CIS I can say that I am not impressed. Both are "janky" implementations that leave the user confused. The PayPal reminds me of some kind of home made swap meet check out.
My idea is for Pressero to do a complete and professional level of implementation of these checkout options so that the user see a seamless and easy to follow checkout, like all good eCommerce platforms have.
For the Authorize.net CIM the idea is to follow the API documentation and implement the full CIM service, including ability to save, or not to save, card on file, as well as the user having the ability to manage cards on file.
