Change refund policy for gift certificates

Currently, the system issues a new gift certificate when an item is cancelled when ordered with a gift certificate. I understand that users can have more than one gift certificate, but it would be so much cleaner if the system simply credited the amount back to the gift certificate that was previously used. This will cause less confusion with users, as they won't have to manually apply more than one gift certificate when checking out.
