Exclude Approvers from Approval Triggers

When setting an approval rule, the approvers for that rule should not be asked to approve their own orders that fall within that trigger.

For example, if you are requiring approval by the Admin Group of any orders above $500, the Admin Group users should be able to place orders above $500 without going through the added step of approving their own order after checkout.
