Add the payment endpoint in the API

I would like to add a payment endpoint to be able to log in from the API.

It would be a good idea to use this endpoint to send the information from PJM to Pressero. This would automate the payment process and the reflection of the payment on the client's website. We use PJM for production and Pressero only for order entry.
