It would be interesting to be able to automate the sending of an estimate reminder after one or more periods if the estimate was sent the first time via PJM and if it has not been validated or cancelled.
These periods of time (7, 14 or 30 days for example) could be configured in the general settings, with a corresponding email template "Reminder estimate" to be customised .
This would avoid having to call the customer back by email or telephone and win sales more easily.
