add USPS API as a standard feature

most other shopping carts include USPS API during checkout, as sales taxes are calculated based on an accurate zip code being entered during the checkout process.

Import API response include Order ID

Can you please add the ability to get the orderID for all orders created for a specific ImportID? We have a need to provide users with an order number once an import has been successful.
