Add a packing list or delivery receipt to PJM

PJM currently has a Pick List which is used for picking and packing. Some subscribers use this for a packing list or a delivery receipt. It would benefit PJM with most if not all subscribers and potential subscribers to have a packing list or delivery receipt as a standard item.
