Imposition Template – Add Back-Side Rotation / Duplex Control (Work & Turn / Work & Tumble)

We are using eDocBuilder imposition templates for duplex business cards on a 12" × 18" digital sheet (Duplo 3 × 7 layout).

Currently, there is no option to control back-side rotation within the imposition template. All imposed positions output in the same orientation.

For proper production workflows (Work & Turn / Work & Tumble), we need the ability to:

• Rotate the back 180°

• Select flip on short edge or long edge

• Control duplex orientation inside the imposition template

Without this, we must manually rotate PDFs after generation or rely on press-level adjustments, which limits automation.

Adding duplex controls to imposition templates would significantly improve digital press workflows.
