Add Text Horizontal Scale to End User Controls in Interactive Designer

For some designs, it is not desired to make the text point size smaller, all text for a given field should be the same height, however, to fit oversize text it may be desired to offer horizontal scaling to the end user of the template so that an interactive designer template can have the overset text sized to fit the text box.
