Would liked to see preview of changes while editing scripted fields in Field Designer instead of having to save changes and then go to test template. Testing font size, leading, tracking, etc. is very tedious when having to go back and forth between Field Designer and Test Template.
I hear you. However, have you tried to simply leave your test template window open and then click the Refresh button after updating your template? I have had good results with the field scripting changes showing up once I commit the template. If I am changing drop-down options I do need to fully refresh the test window, which admittedly becomes cumbersome.
